Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of any service must be made in writing, by fax or via email to our Customer Service. You may cancel Transfer Services separately or cancel an entire Reservation.

If we receive your cancellation request more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time for the Transfer Service you wish to cancel, the amount paid for the respective Transfer will be refunded in full or at no cost.

If you have to cancel after 24 hours before the time of transport until the agreed time, it will be refunded or will involve payment of 50% of the total price agreed, provided that it is duly justified.

No amount will be refunded or imply payment in full for the service in case of cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled time of the Transfer Service you wish to cancel. In these circumstances we will send you a cancellation notice to claim the expense from your tour operator, airline or travel insurance provider.
